Operation Experience Register

This function allows you to set up operation experience codes. These codes are used when setting up operation experience for personnel and are also used in the Manning Requirements set up screen as well. They denote the 'operations' experience a crew member has gathered over the years or the required 'operations' experience a crew member is required to have before he can join a vessel under a particular rank. Operation experience is the specific experience a crew member has with operating a certain equipment, machinery or process.

These codes are defined during implementation and consistently built up upon. This then serves as a reference for end users to streamline day-to-day operations.
