Defining Training Courses Offered by Training Centers |
This feature enables you to define the courses that are offered by a Training Center. The training courses will then be available for selection under a particular Training Center when proposing training for crew members.
The viewing of Training Center records on the Training Center screen is based on access rights. You will only be able to see Training Centers to which you have been given access.
Training Centers that are given access to the system will also be able to update/add course details for their Training Center.

Adding a Course Offered by a Training Center
To add courses to a list of courses offered by a training center: 1. From the HR Manager main menu, click Training Centers under the Training module. 2. A list of Training Centers will be displayed in the Training Center table. Click on any Training Center and a list of courses/training offered by this center will be displayed on the screen.
Note: The Training Centers listed in the table are those that were created in the Address Register where the Training Center check box has been selected under its Details tab. 3. To add a course/training that is offered by a Training Center, first click the Training Center for which you want to add a course/training and then click New. A new row will be added to the table where you can specify the details of the course:
4. Click Save to save the information you have entered. Now, when you click the Training Center that you previously selected, this course will be listed among its course/training offering. 5. To attach relevant documents, such as training details and so on, click the attachment link to launch the Upload Manager pop-up window. You can then proceed to select and upload your files.

Editing the Details of a Course Offered by a Training Center
To edit details of a course offered by a training center: 1. From the HR Manager main menu, click Training Centers under the Training module. 2. A list of Training Centers will be displayed in the Training Center table. Click on any Training Center in the table and a list of courses/training offered by this center will be displayed on the screen. 3. To edit a course/training that is offered, select the Training Center for which you want to edit course/training details. The list of courses offered by the selected Training Center will be displayed on the screen. 4. Click on the training course that you want to edit and proceed to edit its details. Please note that the Training field cannot be edited. 5. Click Save to save the changes you have made.

Deleting a Course Offered by a Training Center
To delete a course from the list of courses offered by a training center: 1. From the HR Manager main menu, click Training Centers under the Training module. 2. A list of Training Centers will be displayed in the Training Center table. Click on any Training Center in the table and a list of courses/training offered by this center will be displayed on the screen. 3. To delete a training course from this list, highlight the training course record.
4. Click Delete. Confirm your intention to delete the training course. The training course will then no longer be listed in the table. Note: Alternatively, you can click the training course that you want to delete. The details of the training course will then be displayed. Click Delete. A message confirming your intention to delete the training course will be displayed. Click Yes.
