About Recruitment

This module enables users to track applicant information, shortlist candidates for a particular position and maintain interview details.

Applicants can easily apply for a vacancy online via a link provided on a website. Using this form, applicants can enter their personal details, contact information, licenses and certificates held, courses/training they have attended, sea-experience and skill details and upload their resume as well.

 

Based on the setup of rank requirements for the vacant position, when an applicant selects to add Licenses and Training information in the Crew Application Form screen, the records that will be displayed are those that you have set up using the Recruitment Setup feature.

Interview details will be stored in the applicant’s profile and the applicant will be able to log in and view the current status of his application.
